Entries welcome for fencing competition
Fencing contractors are encouraged to enter the fencing competition at NSA Scotsheep, the biennial sheep industry event hosted this year by the Hamilton Family at Aikengall Farm, Innerwick, Dunbar, on Wednesday, 5 June, 2024.
With Virgin Money as major sponsor of the event, Scotsheep is set to feature a variety of seminars, demonstrations, competitions and nearly 200 trade stands, and a feature of the competition schedule is the fencing competition which will give Scotland’s professional contractors the chance to put their skills to the test against their fellow contractors and demonstrate the advantages of good quality fence erection.

Multi-breed Show and Sale of pairs of Ewe Hoggs set to be a feature of NSA Scotsheep 2024
Entries are now being accepted for the multi-breed show and sale of pairs of ewe hoggs at NSA Scotsheep 2024, held at the Hamilton Family's Aikengall Farm, Innerwick, Dunbar, on Wednesday, 5 June.
There will be both Meadi Visna accredited and non-MV sections and nine breed classes – Bluefaced Leicester, Mule, North Country Cheviot, Scottish Blackface, Suffolk, Texel, any other native breed, any other continental breed, any cross bred – from which the winners will go forward to the championship.

NSA Scot Sheep 2024 heads to East Lothian
A leading beef and sheep unit near Dunbar is set to host Scotland’s national sheep event, NSA Scot Sheep, next year.
Organised by the Scottish Region of the National Sheep Association (NSA), NSA Scot Sheep 2024 will be held on Wednesday 5th June 2024, at Aikengall Farm, Innerwick, Dunbar, East Lothian, where the Hamilton family; James, Charles and Harry, along with their mother Vanessa and their late father John moved in 1998, from Dykefoot and South Cobbinshaw in Lanarkshire.
