Please note that Farmers Guardian is the Media Partner for the event and may contact you regarding advertising in the Official Preview within the magazine. NSA will also produce event information to be distributed ahead of the event and given to all visitors on the day. This will be an A3 map of the showground, folded down to a pocket-sized flyer. It will include a timetable, essential event information and a list of trade stands and numbers. There will also be space for a limited number of company adverts (roughly the size of a business card). Advertising opportunities are also available in the June/July edition of Sheep Farmer, which will carry extensive promotion of the event.

The name and address entered here will be listed on the NSA Sheep Event website and the company name and stand number when allocated will be listed in the NSA Sheep 2024 Event Leaflet at no charge.

The NSA pre-event dinner is a wonderful evening celebrating the sheep sector with a three-course meal and entertainment. Please state here if you would like to join us.

Please note that by submitting this application form an invoice will be generated and sent to you for payment via email to the address you have supplied.

Please note no tickets will be sent unless payment has been made in full.
GDPR: The details you have provided will be used to contact you with regards to your stand and/or sponsorship at the event. Your details will also be displayed on the event website and printed event brochure. Your details will not be shared with third parties outside of the event organisers. Your details will be held for up to two years so that you can be contacted about future events and opportunities.

Please ensure suppliers of sheep are informed of this very important ruling and that there will be no access to the showground to deliver/collect sheep between 6pm on Monday 29th July and 5pm on Tuesday 30th July.
There is no charge for hurdles for NSA-affiliated breed societies. Please state how many pens you require OR how many hurdles
