Policy
The National Sheep Association (NSA) represents the views and interests of sheep producers across the UK, working to support a sustainable, resilient and prosperous future for the sheep sector.
As the industry evolves, NSA’s policy work continues to cover a broad range of issues, from the role of sheep farming in producing food and delivering public goods, to animal health and welfare, environmental policy, agricultural support, trade and an ever-changing legislative landscape.
Here you can find relevant policy information, research, consultation responses and NSA policy positions, including both current positions and our historic responses to key issues affecting the sheep sector.
