NSA Breed Society Forum 2020

Date: 7th May 2020

Location: Craigie's Farm, Queensferry, Edinburgh, EH30 9AR

Sadly the 2020 Breed Society Forum has had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak. NSA is hoping that an alternative date for a web-based forum will still be possible and will communicate information regarding this in the very near future.

NSA invites NSA-affiliated breed societies and those with an interest in pedigree sheep breeding to share and gather information at its annual NSA Breed Society Forum, this year held at Craigie's farm, conveniently located just 15 minutes from Edinburgh airport.

The Forum will open with a welcome from NSA Scottish region Chairman Jen Craig before commencing a morning session providing key industry updates from NSA representatives and Tim Dunn, Swaledale sheep breeder and member of the farmer-led genetic improvement group.

The afternoon will feature an interactive session discussing the importance of traceability for the UK sheep sector with representatives from Defra, SRUC, MSD Animal Health and the UK Export Certification Partnership.
