NSA Eastern Region Farm Walk and Hog Roast

On Wednesday the 22nd September NSA Eastern Region held their Farm Walk and Hog Roast at Ickworth Park by kind permission of the National Trust.
Farmers Paul and his sister Lil are celebrated 50 years of running the sheep flocks at Ickworth. NSA Eastern Region have an 800 ewe flock of Mules, Lleyn x Mule and Exlana crosses. The ewes are lambed in April with minimal supplementary feed and grazing cover crops in winter, operating within Mid-tier Stewardship.
