Benefits Of NSA Membership Subscription

Supporting the UK sheep industry

National Sheep Association relies on membership subscriptions to provide a voice for the UK sheep sector. The number one benefit of being a members is ensuring NSA can continue to support individual sheep farming businesses and the whole UK sheep industry. NSA prides itself on representing the views of grassroots farmers, through a strong regional network that all members can get involved in.

NSA strongly represents (to the Government and others) the views of sheep farmers on the ground, urging a common-sense dialogue and a focus on practicality. NSA provides an educational message about sheep farming being part of the solution when it comes to climate change and nature recovery, It promotes the essential nature of sheep to the UK economy, environment and society and, therefore, the need for appropriate legislation, support and recognition to allow the sector to thrive and continue providing an incredibly wide range of public goods and services,

Make the most of your membership - Get your voice heard!

Two-way communications between NSA and its members is essential and ensures we truly represent grassroots producers in our work. NSA committees are there to hear and discuss the views of everyone working in the sheep sector. All our policies are directly formulated by these discussions, so we encourage all members to be part of their regional committee and community.  In addition to getting to know your regional officeholders , members can also  contact NSA Head Office  at any time, with questions, concerns, good news or bright ideas. NSA prides itself in representing grassroots sheep farmers, and the regional network is essential to ensure this continues to be the case.
