Sheep Worrying Questionnaire

The National Sheep Association (NSA) has put in place a new service to record incidents of sheep worrying by dogs. The aim is to create an accurate picture of cases of sheep worrying across the UK, providing information that can be used to increase awareness and improve responsible behaviour by dog owners. Participation in this Questionnaire is offered to all UK sheep
producers.
Please complete as many of the following questions as you can and use additional sheets if required. Any information in addition to this Questionnaire would be gratefully received.
