NSA seeks Senior Policy Consultant

National Sheep Association (NSA) is currently looking for a Senior Policy Consultant. Applications close at 5pm on Tuesday 1st September 2020.

NSA is inviting expressions of interest from persons to w ork as a Senior Policy Consultant to further the policy work of NSA in England. This role will be to continue to raise the profile of the organisation by working alongside existing officeholders, committee members and staff members. This role will support policy and industry development work being led by NSA’s Chief Executive on behalf of NSA – with a focus on English policy subjects that affect the sheep industry. 

The role will suit an enthusiastic, organised and creative individual. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with agricultural policy. They will perform well on independent projects and work effectively with other staff and volunteers. They will have good communication skills suited to the agricultural sector. They must have a full driving licence and be willing/able to travel with the flexibility for some evening and occasional weekend work. Occasional travel will also be required to NSA Head Office at Malvern, Worcestershire.
