NSA welcomes appointment of new British Wool Chief Executive

Following yesterday’s announcement of the appointment of Andrew Hogley as British Wool Chief Executive the National Sheep Association (NSA) would like to extend its congratulations to Andrew as he moves into the permanent position following his work in the acting role since November 2020.
NSA Chief Executive Phil Stocker comments: “On behalf of NSA I very much welcome Andrew’s appointment as permanent Chief Executive of British Wool. Going forward we need a balance of continuity and new ways of thinking from British Wool and I am confident that Andrew and the British Wool Board are well placed to deliver and look after the interests of wool growers.”
NSA enjoys a special working relationship with British Wool, the only statutory commodity/marketing board remaining in the UK.
