Looking for someone with some experience to help with/run lambing from April 10th for as long as possible. Due to pregnancy I am unable to do it! And as a result we are only lambing 130 (yearlings) of our 500 ewes and lambing at a later date than usual. They are texel x mules. Lambing indoors, ewes out during the day depending on weather conditions. EID recorded, and notes taken on lambing. You will be provided with excellent accommodation and meals in house if you would like, or you can be totally independent with the option of one of our ‘glamping’ wooden cabins with all the facilities, wifi etc.… My father is still on hand to do much of the work, and there is another helper with a small amount of experience but plenty of good attitude and energy as well. Would like some to do the early mornings. My father can do late night checks. Very welcoming family, good working atmosphere. Good rates of pay available for someone who can work independently. Also a nice part of the world! Please call/text if you have any questions.
