Could you deliver the NSA online presence?

NSA is looking for a Digital Communications Officer to join the UK-wide team and run the fast-paced NSA online presence – websites, social media and online campaign work.
NSA requires a professional, sustained, engaging and visually-appealing online presence to:-
- Raise the profile of the organisation to farming and non-farming audiences.
- Engage with existing members to add value to their membership.
- Reach out to non-members to encourage them to buy a membership subscription.
Marketing campaigns are a key element of NSA’s online work, for membership retention and recruitment, promotion of events and activities, and commercial support.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with understanding of websites, social media and online marketing. They must have excellent written communication skills, an eye for detail and good design skills (using Canva or equivalent software).
It is preferable but not essential for candidates to also have experience of using website CMS, MailChimp or other mailing platforms, Google analytics and Google Ads. They will have understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and of planning campaigns within an overarching social media, online and/or marketing strategy. Training can be provided in these areas if needed. Salary will be dependent on experience.
This full-time role will either be office-based in Malvern, Worcestershire, or home-based at a location that allows travel to Malvern at least once per week.
