An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a staff member at NSA. We are looking for a new NSA Membership Recruitment Officer to bring the team back up to full capacity.
NSA is a membership organisation with a firm focus on membership recruitment and retention. The newly appointed Membership Recruitment Officer will focus on the design and delivery of innovative and engaging activities to recruit new NSA members, while also supporting work to retain existing members and raise the profile of the organisation via events.
This is an exciting and varied role involving a close working relationship with the team at NSA Head Office as well as NSA regions, ram sales and events. It will also include creating a new regional recruitment team. It is a fulltime, permanent position, based at NSA Head Office in Malvern, Worcestershire, but requiring extensive travel throughout the UK and flexibility of working hours to cover some weekend and evening events, shows and meetings.
NSA is looking for someone with strong sales skills or closely related experience. They will be enthusiastic and outgoing, have knowledge of the agricultural industry and the ability to communicate well with the sheep farming fraternity. The role is dependent on creative thinking and the ability to design and deliver projects single handed, while also being a good team player and having the ability to enthuse others. It involves creation of eye-catching literature and displays, basic IT skills, data recording and analysis, and understanding of Gift Aid campaigns. Candidates will need to move, load and erect display, have a full driving licence and be willing to travel.
