Pilgrim’s UK Lamb, formerly Dalehead Foods and Randall Parker Foods, has been procuring lambs from Wales and across the UK for over 30 years.
Pilgrims UK Lamb is a leading supplier of quality lamb. Our customers choose us because of our high quality, provenance and service. Our commitment to quality and consistency has helped us become market leaders in the field of lamb, delivering to a diverse customer base.
We work closely with our farmer suppliers and combine state of the art technology with traditional butchery skills- helping deliver the best quality and best value products. We have the capacity to slaughter 25,000 lambs a week and produce a wide range of lamb products. Our lamb is sold in major high street retailers, local butchers, the food service sector and is exported to international markets, where it is sold in some of Europe’s leading supermarkets and wholesale markets. We can supply carcasses, primals, cuts and retail packed products.

Waitrose
We are a dedicated supplier to Waitrose and supply 100% of the fresh and frozen lamb to the premium retailer and are proud to source lambs direct from farms in the Wales all year round.
Our Innovation team continuously review our product range to ensure we are offering versatility and oven-ready, convenience options to encourage Waitrose customers to purchase lamb. The range of lamb products in Waitrose is the most extensive in the high street and we are focused on encouraging lamb to be purchased for the midweek meal, not just the weekend roast.
Dorset Breed Lamb- First to offer British New Season lamb each year.
The ability of the Dorset breed to lamb naturally in the Autumn provides Waitrose customers with naturally produced ‘New Season’ British lamb from January to the end of May. To supply, either the rams or the ewes must be pedigree, registered Dorsets.
