Mutton Features on Countryfile

BBC 1's Countryfile featured the story of mutton on their programme screened on 2nd August. The piece featured David and Helen Pickersgill from Weiobley Ash farm in Herefordshire. Helen was shown looking after the sheep, and David was seen in the butchery. Later, some of the meat was cooked at a regular customer of Weorbley Ash, Riverside Inn at Aymestry.
The mutton section of the programme attracted a positive response from viewers.
