The Chairman has as spent a day in London visiting ethnic markets taking a marketing representative from Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) with her to review the requirements of the markets with regard to selling Smokies. The response was enthusiastic and there is a huge demand for this meat. The trails are still on going with the outcome expected in the early summer. The Chairman will keep working closely with the FSA to legalise this trade as soon as possible.
