NSA Cymru/Wales is an integral part of NSA, which is the only UK wide specialist organisation solely representing the interests of sheep farmers. March/Apirl 2009 Update

March/April 2009 Cymru/Wales Regional Update
By Helen Davies - Regional Development Officer

The Chairman and I have attended lots of meetings on the Region’s behalf since the New Year began.  The Chairman has as spent a day in London visiting ethnic markets taking a marketing representative from Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) with her to review the requirements of the markets with regard to selling Smokies.  The response was enthusiastic and there is a huge demand for this meat.
